In 1996, we were appointed as sole distributor for KIA vehicles by KIA Motors Corporation. With this new flagship, we were able to capture different market sector that we were not able to invade before. Although we started with only two models in our line up, a sedan and a 4-wheel, the latter soon become a favorite in the market. Now, with more than a decade record in the motor car industry, Grand Motors Sdn Bhd is still standing strong amidst the economic downturn with newer models to offer to the market.

2019 has seen another year of positive momentum in Kia’s brand value. The brand continues to be a key asset for the business, gaining traction with consumer’s around the world. The investments that Kia is making in future mobility, design, product and capacity are creating strong foundations for a bright future for Kia’s brand and business.

Starting from 2005, the company has been engaged in enhancing the brand power and improvement of the company reputation through the brand slogan of “The Power to Surprise,” with continued efforts for innovation in product development, communication, sales, services, and other customer-related activities.
